Baker and Cake Decorator (Part-Time)
Be Sweet Café & Bakeshop is looking for a talented, dependable baker and cake decorator to join our team for approximately 10–20 hours per week. Early-morning availability is strongly preferred.
Qualified applicants must have professional baking or cake-decorating experience, formal education or training in baking and pastry arts, or a combination of both. Relevant education may include a degree, diploma, certificate, or completed coursework in baking and pastry arts, professional baking, cake decorating, or a culinary program with a baking and pastry concentration.
We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing beautiful, consistently delicious work. The right candidate will maintain a clean, organized workspace and consistently follow all sanitation, allergen-handling, and food-safety procedures. Applicants should also be comfortable working independently in a busy commercial kitchen.
Compensation: $16-–20 per hour, based on experience

Barista (Part-Time)
Be Sweet Café & Bakeshop is looking for a friendly, dependable part-time barista who enjoys creating excellent drinks and making customers feel welcome.
Responsibilities include preparing espresso drinks and other beverages, preparing sandwiches and breakfast & lunch food items, taking orders and processing payments, serving food and pastries, restocking supplies, and keeping the café clean, organized, and inviting. The right candidate will provide exceptional customer service, work efficiently during busy periods, communicate well with teammates, and consistently follow sanitation, allergen-handling, and food-safety procedures.
Previous barista, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Starting compensation: $12.14 per hour plus tips
